A sparky little chain restaurant which specialises in burgers and steaks et al. You can also get a half decent fry up and coffee if you’re feeling a bit delicate and need bolstering before tackling The Oracle on a Saturday morning. Tootsies has a very American feel to it and offers a lively welcoming atmosphere although the food is nothing special and is more expensive then other venues in The Oracle. However, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
