Chain ‘pre-packed’ bar in The Oracle with outside seating by the river. OK for a pint or a good value platter of greasy chicken wings, potato wedges and jalapeños stuffed with cheese. Gets busy with shoppers and after work drinkers. If the weather is good, worth a visit to sun yourself by some water and people watch but has little else to commend it. Service can be painfully slow.
