If you’re looking for something greasy to soak up the cheap booze from The After Dark club just up the road then you could do worse than Mr Cod.

Burgers, chips, fried chicken and all the other usual suspects are on offer here, served by a friendly team of super efficient staff. Mr Cod is primarily a takeaway, but there are a couple of tables as well.

The place seems fairly clean and the food is quite tasty, although this review is based on drunken experiences rather than a taste test in the cold light of day.

Does what you’d expect and serves the inebriated masses well.
