You always know what to expect from a JD Wetherspoon pub and the Hope Tap in Reading is no different.

Large and brightly lit with ridiculously cheap drinks and a fairly rough crowd - it lives up to all your expectations.

There's nothing to distinguish this bar from any of the other chains in Reading, aside from the cost.

Expect very little apart from cheap drinks and you won't be disappointed.
