This is another of those very samey London pubs with nothing remarkable to distinguish it from scores of other venues of its ilk.

However, it is a friendly place with a decent amount of seating, and a more mature crowd which makes it a good place to have a conversation without battling against the in-house stereo.

A pretty standard array of drinks are on offer here and the menu is very much pub grub without any frills. Everything is reasonably priced and appears to be well presented.

This is one of those pubs that you will instantly forget, but there’s certainly nothing wrong with it in terms of dropping in for a pint or two.

Fine for a brief visit if you’re passing but don’t plan your day or evening around it.
