A very run-of-the-mill bar/club which is a hit with students and the odd chav, but has limited appeal to anyone else. Ground floor is a bog-standard bar, while the club upstairs is small and lined with booths. The music is very mixed and on the visit date range from Soulja Boy to The Grateful Dead. The venue lacks any clear identity of its own and adds nothing to Reading’s club offerings, in a nutshell it’s simply dull. Still, it’s only £4 to get in (or £2 with a Dogma card) and the drinks were also reasonably priced.
