A sticky, retro, student infested club which has a cult following among people who don’t mind drinking cheap booze out of plastic cups.

Generally attracts a friendly crowd who enjoy drinking, dancing and talking at the tops of their voices because of the noise level.

Be prepared to stick to the walls and floor and sweat a lot, but if you like 80s and indie music you’ll love the After Dark.

"I hadn’t been to the After Dark for a while, but it’s good to see that nothing changes! Still as sticky and sweaty as ever with the same old plastic glasses. This place is definitely marmite, but we love it! Oh, and the bouncers are really friendly as well. Great place if you’re a student or you just love retro music in a friendly atmosphere."
