Located in Reading’s town hall building, the 3 B’s is a friendly bar populated mainly by local musicians and mature students. There’s a decent outside seating area when the weather is good, although the view only extends to one of Reading’s shopping precincts. That said, this is a friendly and relaxed place to enjoy a few beers, and often features open mic nights for music and comedy.
